Connect International: Free Counselling Support for International Students

Studying abroad is a big adventure — and sometimes, a big adjustment.
That’s why Umeed Psychology, in collaboration with Internash and the STINT community, is offering international students access to 10 free counselling sessions through our Connect International program.

We understand that international students face unique challenges — from navigating a new culture and academic system to managing homesickness, financial stress, or mental health concerns. Connect International provides a safe, supportive space to talk things through with a qualified, culturally responsive therapist.
