Led by Psychologist Anushka Phal, this program combines psychoeducation, interactive exercises, peer support, and accountability to help you build lasting systems for success. Each session focuses on key areas like task paralysis, procrastination, hyperfocus management, and consistency—all tailored to the unique way your brain functions.
