what is the difference between in person and online sessions?

Both in-person and online sessions offer the same level of professional support—it's all about what works best for you! In-person sessions provide a dedicated therapy space with face-to-face connection, making it easier to engage through body language and non-verbal cues. On the other hand, online sessions offer flexibility and convenience, allowing you to access support from the comfort of your home or anywhere with a stable internet connection. Whether you prefer the immersive feel of an in-person session or the ease of logging in from your safe space, both options are designed to provide effective, compassionate care tailored to your needs.
