Episode 5 A Day of Executive Dysfunction

Having ADHD in a neurotypical world is difficult - period. Executive dysfunction is not “cute or quirky”. In this episode, Anushka and Sayaka go through what a day of executive dysfunction could look like for us ADHDers and how one small thing can lead to a snowball of consequences that turn into an avalanche. We include the HORRORS of hotdesking, the need for horizontal time during the day, self-esteem issues and talk about the executive dysfunction wheel (see under resources).
